Pilates Classes

Pilates is a low-impact workout effective at strengthening your muscles through controlled, repetitive movements, building muscular endurance and stability.  The benefits are many but include:

I have a huge passion for Pilates and helping clients improve their movement patterns to alleviate pain, recover from injury or increase sports performance. I have extensive experience working with scoliosis, back and hip pain, shoulder issues, pre /postnatal woman, posture and alignment.

During my private classes you will be guided through a detailed Pilates session, learn proper body mechanics, motor control skills as well as the core  principals and the foundation of Pilates. You will work on various Pilates specialized equipment including the Reformer, and Mat and I will also provide exercises for you to practice at home and/or safely prepare you for taking a equipment group class.
